Dear Josie: This letter is to express my gratitude for your services. When you arrived in my condo I was literally, "biting my nails thinking where is Josie even going to start?!" I had just finished a complete remodel of my condo, and after 6 weeks of construction my place was a disaster. Everything was in boxes and to make matters worst I could not even remember anymore what was in each box? Well, Josie was not at all shocked, or surprised with her findings. I was so embarrased and kept thinking, "Does this woman even know what she has gotten herself into?" Josie's answer to everything was, "simple", "piece of cake", "no problem". Here I am freaking out, and Josie was calm as can be. She took pictures of every room, every pile, and every nook and cranny and later gave me a detailed plan of attack, along with a list of "supplies" that we would need. All of I have to say is that 4 days later (working 8-10 hours a day) my place was immaculate! I could not believe it. My life was clutter free, and I felt like I could breath again. Somebody had lifted the "400 pound gorilla" off my back! And that somebody was "little" Miss Josie!! ;-) Josie, now does routine follow up calls to check in with me. I am proud to say, that for the first time ever in my life, my place has stayed in order. I have followed all of Josie's tips and advice and made things a "habit". Even Ruben, is impressed and that speaks volumes. The girls LOVE their new play area and they are quick to show everyone that walks into our home their “new” bedroom and playroom. I had moved all contents of a one bedroom duplex in Manhattan, a three bedroom triplex in the country and a stuffed storage room, all to a four bedroom villa in Florida . . . I was drowning in stuff. I called Josie, she came in sized up the situation and in a smooth and painless transformation I saw the messy and full house become a serene and orderly home. Josie has a special knack for organizing and finding the appropriate place for the right object. She was very sensitive to my anxiety and gently guided me into getting rid of useless stuff and keeping what was good. I still have the "office" room and garage left to do and can't wait until I get Josie back in here to help me with the last two room in the house.
